I could have given the nice fellows at Service King in Mill Creek a 10 when I dropped my car off to get fixed. There were so helpful and they made sure I was taken very good care of especially the receptionists. I was having trouble getting my car towed and they got my car towed for me in 15 minutes! I would not want to het in another accident but if I have any other friends who needs help woth collision repair, ai will only have one place in mind. Thank you so much!

The service manager was very nice (as well as the young lady at the counter); I was kept in the loop via text message and email regularly. Got my car back in a timely manner and even though I picked it up after dark, I could see it shining from the street. Even the inside smelled fresh and clean! My experience with Service King was wonderful. 10 if possible. All concerns related to my car were taken care of with 8-9 days to spare. The repair process was smooth and I was informed of status updates. They worked well with Geico and Enterprise rental was on site. Convenient location as well. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. And even when there was a bit of a snafu with getting rental car because of a miscommunication, they worked hard to try and get something that worked out for all parties. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the team's dedication to customer service. The crew worked extra hard to get the car done ahead of schedule, which made it possible to our family to make it to Thanksgiving in Tacoma. It was apparent with every interaction that an excellent customer experience was very important. Specifically, Matthew Mulholland made large strides to make the whole experience of wrapping the front end of my car around a pole much better by representing Service King with kindness, understanding, and integrity.
