It was actually a pleasant experience which was unexpected. Having car problems or dealing with after effects of an accident can be pretty stressful. Everyone was so professional, understanding and I was informed of progress several times. I would likely return (hope to not need to) if I needed those services in the future.

I greatly appreciated the updates via phone, email, and text. I've never had a company do that before, and it's great knowing what's going on with my car instead of sitting at home wondering when it will be done. Sean Grant in Mill Creek was my contact person and he did a great job keeping me informed. I also want to give kudos to the team who worked on my car for getting it finished 10 days early. I was really impressed with that.
