Don't let them steal your money too!! My wife damaged her vehicle and I took it to Nalley collision in Doraville. I received a quote and paid a deposit to have the work done. I dropped off the car on Monday and rented a car for the week thinking I would pick up my repaired car On Friday. On Friday when I arrived to pick up my wife's car I was told that that car was not only not repaired but would need hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted. Now- maybe I could understand the extra work needed (even though I was given a quote and thought that it was good) but why did I find out about this on Friday when I am picking up the car. Why wasn't I called earlier? The agent told me that they were busy and could not call me on the Tuesday when they knew about the car requiring more work. ( by the way, I don't believe the car needed extra work). I was so upset I decided to take my business else where. But guess what?? I was told that in order to get my car back Unrepaired I would need to pay hundreds of dollars in tear down fees. I was in shock. I could not believe that in order to just take my car and walk away they were really going to charge me, especially after they already had a deposit from me, caused me major inconveniences by not calling me to tell me about my car, and I had rented a car for the week. But yes! They blackmailed me into paying almost $400 for nothing whatsoever done to the vehicle. I'm in the process of speaking to an attorney about this abuse. But heed my warning and don't go to Nalley. You might get ripped off too. Scammed and robbed.
