I appreciate the front office personnel's willingness to assist in such a cheerful manner, special thanks to Amy. Chad was helpful and provided a quick appraisal when I dropped in without an appointment; however, his follow through on certain items was sporadic. Final thanks to Steve who drove me to the rental car location while having such a cheerful demeanor.
