I always inquire if E&S is on the list of repair shops before the insurance company begins to read the long list of repair shops I can take my car for body repairs. I have always trusted E&S because Anthony made a great impression on me as a very trustworthy and honest person the first time I took my previous cars to E&S. Mike has also made that impression. I am a return customer and again the service was amazing. Constant updates so I knew what was happening. Fast and courteous service. Staff made me feel so comfortable and wanted. I was told my truck would be ready September 19th. I was sent several text messages stating it was on track for the 19th and then it changed to the 30th and I was never given a reason for the delay. All total, you had my truck for 34 days (I don't think it took that long to build it brand new). The length of time cost me 4 extra days of a rental that my insurance did not cover. The Rep left me a message stating that he would talk to the management about covering those extra days. But when I picked up the truck, it was not covered. In addition, my truck originally had a hitch with a three in drop. It was replaced with a hitch with no drop and the longhorn emblem on the tailgate was not replaced.
