Autonation Collision Center Longwood

This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I had. When i picked up my car I paid the balance they said I owed. Six months after I picked up my car I received a call telling me that I owed another $ 481.00. They said the rear view was not covered insurance and that I owed $ 4481.00 for the replacement mirror and installation. We looked it up on Amazon and the cost of a new Honda mirror was $33.00. and there was only two small screws needed for installation. The person that spoke to us about the balance was not only rude he treated me with a lien on my car for a balance that I didn't even know I had but was informed about this six months after I picked up my car. I would never recommend taking your car into this business. d
