Autonation Collision Center Littleton

Work is good however the shop will not communicate with the insurance. I was rear ended and am in a rental car while my car is getting fixed. The insurance needs updates on the work to pay for my rental car. The shop has a policy that they will only talk to the customer and will not update the insurance companies. Was super unhelpful. Also said my car would be done in ten days and now it has been 30 days so far. Had to call a manager to get a response. I would not use this shop again.
