I have a past history, of great satisfaction with your shop. And most recently my parked car was backed into. The other person did all the right things in leaving a note with all of his contact information. Lucky me. I chose 1st Certified for their collective craftsmanship and spot on accommodations. They kept me updated as ny car was being repaired. The manager called me by name as soon as he seen me, it was nice that he remembered my name and it let me know i wasn't just another customer, it made my experience even better. I definetly will come back to them if i ever need any repairs.
