The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, efficient and understanding. I highly recommend getting your vehicles serviced here. I am so happy that I chose 1st Certified Collision Center to repair my Tahoe. Gary Paulson was outstanding! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated all of the progress updates that I received. The repair was completed in a very timely manner. My Tahoe looks great (both body and under the hood repairs). I already recommended 1st Certified to someone yesterday because of your quality work and exceptional customer service. Thank you all again!
