I wonder if it was really necessary to ship my car from Kent up to Marysville to do the repair. I think that may have added an additional three or four days to the repair.

The Marysville shop was amazing to work with. They answered every question I had, kept in constant contact about the status of my car and got everything done before anticipated. They also all were incredibly friendly and helpful considering this was the first time I had to do something like this!

Shawna in Marysville made this experience as stress free as an accident could be. She provided updates weekly and on the day she promised them. Big fan of her and the techs. My car looks amazing. Also want to add that David, the GM in Kent was quite nice to deal with as well. Thank you!
