Got a lot of in necessary texts and the best part was when it said my car was ready and when I went into the shop my car is not ready. In fact it's still not ready! So that was a waste of time!!

Don was the Service Representative who assisted me and from the onset with addressing my concerns to being instrumental in locating my garage door opener that I inadvertently left in my rental car that was subsequently re-assigned, he exhibited exceptional Customer Service, empathy and professionalism. Thank you for hiring employees of his caliber. Also, my car looks great - overall excellent experience!

I was told that I could pick up my car on Saturday morning but I couldn't check to see if my car was ready as they don't answer their phones on Saturday. I did eventually get my car.
