Especially impressed with Paulo ****, the estimator, who thoroughly explained the process of my car repair and rental. The woman who processed the car rental specifically, also did an efficient and thorough explanation. I'm impressed with Buerkle.

Buerkle Collision did a wonderful job taking care of my car. I had a very friendly experience checking my car in and obtaining a rental vehicle. I received consistent updates throughout the repair process. The repair to my vehicle was rapidly completed and they did an outstanding job cleaning my car, it looks new inside and out again. These people are very nice to work with and they made a trying time easy to deal with.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Buerkle. Not only was the turn around time much quicker than expected, but your team went above and beyond and detailed the interior and exterior of my car. Your team also replaced the battery in my key fab, without me asking. You guys rock!

It all went very smooth. Its hassle enough to be in a car accident but having Buerkle Honda handle most everything directly with the insurance company was nice. And the car looked great when I got it back!
