The updates were very useful and informative. The work done was first class and the car was returned to us extremely neat and CLEAN inside and out. It was great to know that the work was done by a Genuine Honda shop. The work was actually completed one day earlier than expected - which we also appreciated. Thank You Very Much - we have done ALL of our service and body work on our Hondas exclusively at Buerkle and will continue to do so in the future.

I noticed the gap was not right on the cover for the front bumper which was replaced and was told to contact the body shop the next time I have it in for an oil change and they would adjust it, I find it strange that it would not be done right away but instead asking to do it weeks later. So the job has not been completed but I paid the full amount when I picked up my car.

.Your information via computer was always inaccurate. My car was finished a day earlier and you did not know that. Fortunately I received a call from the "shop" and picked up the car. I was very happy with every thing else.

The work and final product were excellent. However, I had concerns and frustrations about the communications, or lack of, and the process. Apparently Buerkle Collision and Buerkle Service don't communicate or work together.

Everything was done to my satisfaction and above. The Customer Service reps were very helpful; and I certainly appreciated the loan of a "brand new" Elantra, so that I could get around, while the work was being done. They even did a couple of last minute things, when I picked up the car - much to my appreciation. I would give this team my highest recommendation and have no hesitation to recommend them to others!

Didn't vacuum the third row seat. When I was told that vacuum was part of the repair I thought it meant the entire vehicle.

This whole experience was amazing. Truly, it always is, but this one was off the charts! My car had been hit and needed to get the car repaired. Your team, Paulo especially, helped me figure out the insurance, kept in touch with me the whole time, and then found a service issue with my car. An expensive one! And then the service department worked to get it covered under my warranty. I left there feeling like I had a new car- and you all found ways for me to get it covered. Sometimes people talk about dealerships gouging clients- I have NEVER felt that at Buerkle, in fact it’s always the opposite! You have us for life. And our kids too.
