This is our second time using Grapevine Collision and we will do it again should we need body work in the future. The other party's insurance company messed up the quote but you guys sorted it out and repaired the car in no time. You also worked with us on drop off/pick up since were out of town over the holiday weekend. A little thing but it really helped us out! Keep up the good work!

I am very pleased with the high level of customer service and quality of work which was provided to me. They made the otherwise dreadful process of going through car repairs one that was very quick and very enjoyable. I have confidence that the level of work and detail my car received is just as high and outstanding as the customer service I received. I enjoyed the constant text messages and updates via phone calls to let me know the status of my repairs. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know who could utilize your services.
