One of the best customer service experiences I ever had. I received constant updates on what was being done to vehicle. I could not ask for a better experience. Yvetta Dittmer is the best , they do not make people like her anymore.. Thanks so much and I will definitely recommend DFW collision to EVERYONE!!!!

Great job!!! I was so nervous about the repairs - Moss's made me feel very comfortable about leaving my car with your team. The daily texts also easied my mind. I teceived my car 3 days earlier than promised. Also the rental car process when do smoothly. I liked the life time warranty on the repairs since I do keep my cars for 12 or 13 years. Thank you for making me and my car feel like a priority.

Everyone person I dealt with was friendly, professional and very helpful. My car was repaired before the timeframe they gave me and I was updated via phone and text message it was excellent customer service!!

The customer service we got from John Terry was excellent. At this time our cars seem to have been repaired properly. We were not happy with how Allstate caused the repairs to take longer than anticipated. John made every attempt to help us out.
