You all have done amazing job and went over and beyond on the customer service. I have had my car for 15yrs and it has been hit twice in that area, but it has never returned to me this perfect. My car looks perfect! They did a great job. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to a couple of issues with some parts coming in late, but otherwise, great experience. Melissa kept me updated the entire time. Hopefully I'll never have another accident, but if so...I'll be back at DFW Collision.

Company stated via txt mssg. Update: We are nearing completion. The last mile is the toughest! If any delays, we will call you. Unfortunately, I called the day the repair was supposed to be completed, was told then, they were behind schedule & the vehichle was not even painted. What happened to the so called "we will call if there would be ANY delay?" A week later, go pick up vehicle, vehicle delivered in the street, cold, raining, & to make things really stand out with the poor performance of this company, job is NOT complete... I will not recommend this company to anyone for repairs & I do not want anyone from DFW collision to call, your chance of having a complete satisfied customer ended when you gave the keys back. Your customer experience is just as bad as Chrysler's roadside service which is who damaged the vehicle to begin with, we do NOT need or want any further bad service. Very dissatisfied customer!

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Did an excellent job. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kept me up to date on progress of my car. I would highly recommend this center to family and friends. I have used this facility previously.
