The customer service that was initially provided was unacceptable. The importance of quality customer service should be communicated to the front desk staff; especially to the Hispanic woman with the long dark hair.Although I was satisfied with the quality of work with my car, I would not conduct future business with Team Vandergriff or recommend it to others due to the poor level of customer service.

Everyone was very courteous and eager to help me. I expected to have to wait to be seen but that just never Happened. I was notified by text several times during repair And my car was ready and looking like new exactly when You said it would be. Thank you very much for everything.

My vehicle was not repaired to it's original condition. I wanted everything replaced with new parts, not rigged with body filler. Since it was a new car, I wanted it repaired the way it was before the accident. I specifically made that clear before you started working on it. I was not informed about this before the work was done, your team didn't fight for me with the insurance company and simply did the work anyway. I now have a used car with a new car payment. I will not be doing business with you ever again.

I was very disappointed with your service after scratches were found on my vehicle that wasn't present when I dropped it off. When I asked about it, the rep insisted it was there and that she had pics to show me. When we went back inside, I watched the rep with her smartphone go to the back of the shop. Mind you, when we got inside I was waiting for her to show me the pictures she supposedly had. She returned from the back of the shop with her phone then later called me to her desk to show me what looked like pics she had just taken. I was disgusted with her lies and tried to tell her that the pics didn't match. Yes I know you all take pics of customer vehicles when dropped off, which was taken outside with sunlight. As she scrolled through the pics, she had a few pics specifically with the side of scratches in question but with the background really dark indicating she just took them inside the shop when she went back to the shop after I questioned it not being there initially. I've informed farmers and will not be using your service in the future.
