This was the absolute worst experience of my life picking this auto body shop. My brand new car was hit by a new driver and his insurance has been extremely compliant and wonderful to deal with having immediately picked up full responsibility of the accident. However the body shop was the absolute worst decision I could have made and I was referred by Range Rover to go there. I've never been so insulted, humiliated, frustrated and down right angry in my entire life. The work has taken twice as long as it should have and I went today to pick up my vehicle because I was told yesterday it was finished only to be made a fool of and lied to it was not. Upon first seeing my new body work you can very clearly see the door was about half a inch off and there was paint missing. Now if this is what I can see and I'm not a trained mechanic and the car was covered in absolute filth.... How well did they fix the internal bits nobody can see. Please make a second choice before choosing this auto body shop. The manager will scream your head off for their shortcomings.
