I like that they deal directly with the insurance company and made rental car arrangements for me. I also like getting text updates. The work was done perfectly. They do a great job and it was a very good experience!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, attention to detail and most importantly outstanding customer service provided by Dave, Kim and the rest of the Service King team. The day of pickup I was traveling from a far distance and was unable to make it to the facility in time before closing, however Dave went out of his way to still meet me at the shop after hours and even offered to drop the car off! I was blown away and very appreciative of his flexibility. Thank you!!
