It took four days longer than was expected, it cost me $100 more with enterprise. I really like the personnel, everyone was very friendly and very personable. I would use you again for my car , I was just a little shocked with the price I paid for my rental.

When the appointment was made to drop off my vehicle, I had asked for an estimate for another area of damage. I only received a verbal estimate. I called about requesting to have a small additional item painted while it was in the shop. I never got any response. I was told at the end of the day on a Friday that my vehicle would be done within an hour. To late of a notice on a Friday. Whomever scheduled the drop off date scheduled the rental reservation without Hertz. Now Hertz is asking me to pay for the rental when it should have been paid directly by AAA since this is a direct bill shop. After I picking up the vehicle, I attempted to lock it with the key fob. It would not work, so I opened it to get the battery information, thinking it was a dead battery in the fob. There was no battery in it. Then I noticed that the edge of the back half of the fob had a chip out of it as though someone broke it by prying on the case with a small screwdriver.
