Noel Collins and your receptionist provided fantastic customer service. Noel gave me a very detailed estimate and explained everything. He was patient and answered all questions. He updated me daily and had my car ready two days earlier than expected. My car was so clean. Much cleaner than when I brought it in. The repaired area looked great. I am definitely going to tell friends about your team.

Unfortunately this was our second trip for being rear ended in 3 months. Service King made the experience bearable. They take the reins and keep you informed along the way. Will not go anywhere else. However, as much as I love them, I hope I don’t have to see them again soon.
