The fit and finish of the new bumper is very poor and the color does not match. Also, ABRA was supposed to do a front windshield replacement while the car was there and it did not happen and I was never contacted about it.

The car was delivered today with a poorly executed paint job. Bubbles in the paint, over spray onto the molding, an actual chip in the new paint. Poorly executed, poor quality control. I can't believe that this vehicle was actually delivered to a customer like this.
I am now waiting to hear back from the manager.

I have reported the problems previously. I realize they tried to fix the issues, and even though the repairs were done well and eventually completed, the hassle we went through was unacceptable and not something I would prefer to do again.
