PROFESSIONAL. Tou guys kept me informed from setting up my appointment to returning my vehicle. Your employees were all professional, curtious, and it felt like I was talking with old friends. Your email updates, in my vehicles status, kept my mind at ease. I particularly liked the valet service. You dropped off my rental, picked up my vehicle, and then returned my vehicle when it was complete. I hope my car never gets hit again, but if it does, you guys will be my go to repair shop.
