Quick estimate, easy to arrange drop off, was kept constantly apprised of progress, and the excellent work was completed in less time than originally estimated. Customer service is very professional. Understandable that it is a preferred collision repair shop for USAA.

We didn't get out of there til almost closing a few things were wrong. Toni had the shop fix them, but there's a rough spot on the cap that goes against the cab, you can fell the fiberglass tape- that was completely ignored. Driving to where we're staying, my husband noticed the center stop light on the cap blinks with the left turn signal, so there's a wiring problem. And the front seat belts had to be replace, which I believe involves the seats being taken out and put back in-they're loose and rattle over every bump in the road. We live 4 hours away and had the misfortune of having an accident here, trusted the ins adjuster to use your shop. Expected delivery was 8/17- then 8/25. It was almost closing on Friday so I was unable to get it. Came up today and now, most likely will have to leave it again, drive 4 hrs home and do a return trip in the borrowed car again. I have horses, I need my truck. I have exceeded the rental reimbursement. I am not happy, looks like there's grease marks on the seats
