There is perhaps shop dust and very fine spray of some sort ( paint?) on windshield that I am trying to get off . Any ideas as to how I can get the debris off? Visibility of this substance is extremely noticing everyone when headlights and facing the sun. Wipers don't remove it and I have tried washing with a car wash and microfiber. I placed several calls to Erie concerning the EnviroGuard protectant that was not replaced on my new parts and still under original warranty and have not heard from them. I believe Tristate should have discussed the possibility with me prior to work being performed so that Erie would be informed that there was another step involved.

TriState's part of the experience was perfect. Not sure if you wanted to pass along feedback to your friends at Enterprise, but the Ford F150 that they gave me as a rental was disgusting inside. They should be embarrassed to put anyone in a vehicle that filthy whether it's included in the service or not. I can't imagine how one truck's upholstery can even get that dirty. Spatter on the rear view mirror and dash board... gross from front to back.

Tony was wonderful. Made this experience very pleasant and worry free. He kept us up to date on all the progress. We were on vacation during the repair the updates he gave, made the repair worry free so we could enjoy our time. The vehicle looks brand new again. Good job. We are very pleased with tristate and with Tony. We will use tristae again.

I will be sending an e-mail to my Tristate Collision Representative. The part of the repair that was related to the accident was completed and looks fine. I also requested, separate from the accident repair, to have the hood painted as there were scratches and small dings, I assumed, for the cost of $500 I was quoted, which was more than an approximate estimates from other body shops that the a scratches and dings would be buffed out prior to painting. The repair shop simply painted over the scratches and dings which are still clearly visible, plus the paint seems to have slightly bubbled in part on the hood. Also, there is a now scratch on the Driver door side that was NOT there when I dropped off the car. I did not notice when I picked up the car this evening, as it was park under shade and difficult to see the scratch until under full light when I arrived home. When I dropped the card off with the TriState and we reviewed the damage, this scratch was not there, nor was it listed on any damage report. I want to talk to someone about having this repaired. I have been a loyal GEICO and Tri State customer for years - this is very frustrating and unacceptable. Mary D

I was extremely happy with the communication of the status of my car. The one thing that concerns me is that when I picked up my car, it was under a tree. I'm not sure if this is the culprit, but as I transferred items from the rental into my car, I noticed several large red and black ants crawling on the roof and trunk - the parts closest to the tree. I killed as many as I saw and moved the car as soon as I noticed, but I'm worried some are still in the car and may bite my toddler. May want to park cars elsewhere. Also, my tank was so empty I was afraid I wouldn't make it to a gas station.
