I was really impressed with the swiftness & professionalism of service! The body repair technicians did a wonderful job. The only problem I encountered was the reluctance of one of your adjusters (not the ones who helped me) to request that I procure my damage license plate. I needed the plate to turn into MVA to get a new one...he was annoyed to be asked for such a request.

I received my car repaired, however a new issue surfaced due to the bumper being removed from my vehicle. My parking sensors no longer work and my car beeps each time I go from park to drive. I called Tristate to tell them of this issue and was told they didn't do it. After I said I have no reason to make it up, I was told to bring my vehicle back in, which I will do. I do not feel like having to prove that this issue was not caused by Tristate. This is a total inconvenience. I now have to take time off for a problem that DID NOT exist before I brought my vehicle in.
