My vehicle had damage to the rear quarter panel on the driver side. Although the paint looks good... the seams where the quarter panel and bumper meet do not line up well... and part of the seam is connected by paint. Pretty decent body work but not the best.

My car was damaged during the repair, the repair was not completed properly, the customer service rep said he would order the part needed to complete the repair and I haven't heard from him in over a week.

While fixing dent on driver's side, the windshield molding clips went missing. When i went back to show this missing clips, they agreed to replace those clips but told to call before coming to the center. Now no one is picking up the phone. This episode has degraded my whole great experience of mine.
