The door handle on the passenger side which was included in the estimate was not repaired. However, I was told to bring the car back so it can be done.

I don't like Armorall, however. My car feels greasy everywhere. I liked the fact that you detailed it, though. Just not that greasy feeling.

My car was hit in the rear, damaging the bumper and pushing in the trunk lid. When I picked the car up, the trunk lid was not properly aligned. I will be returning to your facility on Monday morning to have this corrected.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my vehicle was repaired. Tristate did an excellent job. They even washed, vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle before it's return! That was an unexpected and nice bonus.

I would have arranged the time of my repair differently had the repair time been more adequately stated. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the lights had been left on. Warranty documentation was not attached to my copy of the bill.
