Very happy with Anthony's customer service and email updates. Although the people I dealt with at the desk were very polite and helpful, when I called initially to set up an appointment, the customer service rep appeared a little impatient with my questions. Both Enterprise reps on pick-up/drop-off days were friendly, efficient and helpful.

QC needs improvement. I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Paint and body work was good? Only one headlight of the four worked. I got their attention and and they took it around back and did something to make it work. I was told that it was “Checked” and was working fine at that time. So left and got to the road and my left turn signal didn’t work. I turned around and brought it back and it turns out the pigtail connector tabs were broken on both front signals and the left one had come unplugged. But this was “Checked” and “Working” at the time the repair was completed. Headlamps,...Turn signals, all “Checked!?” Anyhow, I spent about an hour wasting my time and now I need to return to have the pigtail connectors that were broken installed. So an hour to fix things that were broken at the time of receipt of my vehicle and another hour or so once I drive out of my was to return for the next repair... So 2 hrs or better of my time and your hourly rate is $55.00 per hour it would seem that I should get a check for $110.00 for wasting / hours of my time. Thoughts? Like I said, body work looks good, QC is less than acceptable... Dave

From the moment I walked in the door, completely frazzled from just being rear-ended, you guys were awesome! I apologize that I don't know the woman's name up front, but she is amazing! I had no idea what I was doing that Friday night when I walked in. I really didnt expect you to be open. She not only took care of the truck stuff but took the time to listen to me when I felt like my world just fell apart. Then Tony took great care of me from the initial estimate all the way thru til delivery. He kept me updated the entire time so I always felt comfortable knowing what stage of repair my truck was in and how things were going. I will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation not so awful. Thanks to you guys, I was able to relax and focus on everything else in life knowing you had my truck under control! Thanks again! You're awesome!

Tiny kept me updated daily on my cars progress which was awesome. The finished job was perfect and it was on time as promised. Hope to never have car damage again, but if I do I will definitely use you guys again. Also liked how you worked seamlessly with USAA.

Tony was great! He was attentive and responded to my questions and concerns politely and quickly. He also ensured that I remained informed throughout the repair process. The work was extremely well done and I cannot tell the difference between the repaired area and the original paint. I will return soon to have the other nicks and dings properly repaired.
