The only thing I was a bit unsatisfied with is that my car was promised on a Friday and I did not receive until the following Monday which is a three day delay.

Car was very dirty inside lots of dust. Seat was dirty with a stain, which they had to take back and clean. The pick up of the car wasn't commilunicated well.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of Car Crafters and am most satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. And Kyme is delightful, she kept me well informed about the status of the repairs and when I could could expect the repairs to be completed. She is great and I will highly recommend Car Crafters to everyone I know !
