I thought the process was very straight-forward and transparent. I appreciated the frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. The in-house car rental was convenient. I was very pleased that my car was finished ahead of schedule. Overall, the repair was nicely done.

On the side panel right below the hood paint is messed up and the part is lifted up, and paint does not match and it's noticeable. I may be contacted at work from Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm ****-****-xxxx or any other time on my cell ****-****-xxxx.
