We had our new car for two days when it was targeted for a breaking. The door and locking mechanism were destroyed. The people at Service King worked quickly to get the parts and the repair completed three days sooner than the estimate. Our experience with this repair has been well above what we expected. Really professional environment. I was really impressed with the amount of communication I received through out the repair process of my vehicle so the worries and stress of following up were not necessary. The estimate I was provided came up to be the exact amount that I was charged at the end of the repairs and additional or nasty surprises were no added which in today environment it is a very rare and welcome event. Thanks again Service King for a job well done.
