Service King Regency

Gabe was our consultant and he was awesome he was very informative and kept us up to date in detail with the repair. We were very happy with the customer service and would come back again if we need repair to one of our vehicles. I will recommend to friends for any repairs. Thank you

Communication was HORRIBLE! My parents have taken their car to Service King, they were extremely happy. A month later my Husband has a wreck and we took his car there by their recommendation. I got into my wreck and I specifically asked my insurance company for Service King. My Husband and I were so frustrated this time. My parents couldn't believe the service I received this time. I was not as upset that it took TWO weeks longer to repair than the second estimate date. I was upset that I had only ONE pre-phone call about the extension of my estimated due date. I was the one calling on my next due date asked for updates after ****:30pm and 3:00pm and still getting pushed off or no answer. I understand unexpected things happen, but it's important to keep your customer informed! Friday before Easter (I needed my car to go out of town) my car was supposed to be ready... third due date. At 4:55 no word from Service King! I called twice! No return phone call. I finally reached a nice random person who updated me. Monday came, not ready, Tuesday, I had to call for an update! Not ready again! Wednesday I finally get a phone call from Service King... not ready again. I finally got my car back today. Customer Service is the best Service you can give a customer. You failed this time! I'm happy with my end result of my car, but dissatisfied with my customer service communication!

Tina did a great job and always kept me updated on the progress of the repair! My truck looks great - just like it was before the accident!

It took longer than I expected to fix the car.. I was called on a Friday evening at 4:30 and told my car was ready but you close at 5 p.m. I live 45 minutes away. I had an appointment on Saturday morning when you were open and could not make it at the time you were open. So I could not get my car until Monday.

Gabe was very nice and explained everything thoroughly!

I need to return the Chrysler. The gps was reset and one of the battery charge stations isn't working anymore. Other than that I will reach out to Ms Tina for an update. We are completely happy with everything else.

Repairs were not completed as promised and the car could have been cleaned a little bit better upon completion... it appeared to be half-done in my opinion. Tina Gross, however, was Great!
