Yes because of one reason they reuse micro scripts that was on this side window and another reason I see a spot by the back door what a mess and on my front chrome panel somebody put it on fan put glue right now but she said that nobody didn't touch it. It took a long time, but I was kept up-to-date with the repairs. Also, I was kept up-to-date and reasonably informed about how long it would take. So, all in all, I am satisfied and happy

Diane is awesome! She is my original contact. But I must say I spoke with Audrey, and Tina as well. Both amazing. My Jeep looked brand new! This was my first time having to repair my car due to an accident and it was such a surprisingly wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot coffee, and personable conversation really turned a potentially overwhelming experience I to a very pleasant one. Wish more places had people like this one does.
