Overall the experience was good. But at first I received daily updates by text. Then they stopped. When I called to check, my calls were not returned at times or I had to talk to someone unfamiliar with my car repair.

Everyone I dealt with during the repair of my car was very helpful and pleasant. I was going out of state during the repair but they kept me well informed via email and were very understanding when I couldn't pick up my car for a couple of days.
