Kyle and the rest of the Collision team were amazing! I am glad I was able to go through Richard Karr in the first place because I always have wonderful experiences when I am there, and my first interaction with Collision was perfect. Everyone was courteous, polite and genuinely interested in making my experience as seamless as possible. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I love being able to take my car to one place for everything!

The car looks great. The only problem I had was U got it done before your completion date I was given 2-times (Wed) & it was ready Fri evening. As a result I was out of town ( about 150-miles away) and not planning to come home untill Tuesday. So I had to cancel my activity with my lady friend for mon night.

I was fine with the workmanship of my vehicle. The only thing that bothered me was no one came out with me to inspect the vehicle with me. I was left to do it myself, I had found a place that was over looked from the last time I was in there. Other then that I enjoyed****'s attitude and respect. Thank you. Mrs.J. Delacruz
