The team, which I nicknamed the A-Team were phenomenal from the moment I walked in the door. I was kept informed throughout the entire process.

First impression upon entering was that your company cares about their customers. The receptionist clearly explained policy and made me feel at ease leaving my vehicle in your care. I was frustrated because the damage to my car was caused by a hit and run while my vehicle was parked on a street. I was unsure of how the insurance would work, if I could get a rental car to get to and from work and most importantly, quality of work. The Geico agent explained everything using clear terms and I was relieved that everything could be taken care of at Collision Max. I met with the team who reviewed my car's damage and Joon diligently marked all damage and answered all questions. His customer service was excellent. The Enterprise agent provided me with a luxurious rental car and explained the rental policy clearly. He had excellent customer service as well as great professionalism. The repairs did not take long at all. I was sent a text each day letting me know how the repair process was going. When I received the text that indicated that my car was done, I spoke with Joon and he provided me with detailed information about my repairs and you can really tell that he has a lot of knowledge regarding vehicle repair and truly cares about the customer. When I picked up my car, Joon was there and he was very helpful in taking payment, and finalizing the paperwork, explaining all items politely and assuringly allowing me to get back into my vehicle with a smile on my face.
