Although I believe that Abraham did an exceptional job of repairing my vehicle, when I originally received my quote, I was told that a screw in my front passenger side tire would be removed and a plug inserted. However, the screw was not removed and I had to do it myself. Although I fully understand that removing the screw was not the responsibility of Abra I considered the gesture as service that I was expected to receive upon receiving my vehicle.
