Davie Signature Collision

Like other customers this place was in some way force to me by Geico, they do not call you back and never answer the phone, horrible customer service, they got the money from Geico and then they try to avoid you, still trying to fix my car there and not luck.

This particular shop was forced on me by geico, and i don't know which customer service is worse. this particular shop had my car for over two weeks. They never called to update me on my car, and when i would call them they kept giving me the run around, or saying it will be done tomorrow, and then say oh sorry it's not done yet. I was told that the general manager was working on my particular vehicle. My car has now been being fixed for over one month because this shop messed it up that bad. they killed my battery, scratched my tint, killed the motor in my window, put panels on backwards, didn't use new parts, and put my door on wrong so it wasn't flush with my car which made for water to get into my car. with all the extra damage done to my car and geico doesn't want to cover it. I would highly recommend running from signature collision of davie and geico.

Amazing service! These people went above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone. Quick turn around and flawless service. Don't trust anyone else.
