I picked up my car on a Friday and drove it off noticing it felt kind of funny. I drove it a short distance home and thought it was nothing. The next morning (Sat) I drove it on the freeway and on side streets noticing a funny sound. It started squeaking randomly and it sounded like something was rubbing. I called your office ASAP (but of course you are closed on a sat) and left a message. I should have never gotten my car back this way. It is worse then it was before the collision. I wish someone could have test drove it a little before giving it back to me so they could fix whatever is wrong. It also took a very long time to get my car back, way longer then it should have. The front desk staff was very friendly though, and I appreciated the e-mails and updates about my car.

The interactions with Mary were helpful and she explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. The repairs were completed one week early. The initial communication was challenging since it was mostly done through email - which we sometimes didn't check until the next day. It was much better when there were phone calls as well as email confirmations. We appreciated it. The staff was always courteous as well.
