Everyone watch out and don't take your car to bob Bjornsebys carstar collision in federal way!!My jeep was in getting work on due it being rear-ended and when I picked it up my giant roof rack was missing. The owner claims zero responsibility and even likened it to shopping at Safeway and asked if I my car was stolen there if they would be responsible I said of course not but I also don't give Safeway my car keys and entrust them with my vehicle. He said that the rack was a personal belonging and they are not responsible for theft of personal belongings. He offered half the cost of replacement and said I needed to take responsibility for not asking that they park it inside their building. Bob the owners attitude was indifferent at best. I would never take any of my vehicles here again.
