I can still see some of the scratches as well as there were some missed and the sticker decal has bibles and white around them

The entire experience was an excellent one. I never expected the professional courtesy we received. In the past, this experience would have been an aggravating one. I also didn't expect the car to be so clean... Inside and out... When I picked it up. The whole experience from beginning to end, to include the rental vehicle, was a pleasant one. Great job!
