Did a complete **** job on my Audi, then got an attitude with me about it. They completely destroyed my rear wiper and wiper motor trying to remove them, looks like they closed the hatch on bits of glass causing a dent and gouges in the paint along the side of the lift gate, and the hatch was full of glass when I went to pickup the car... so they had to take the whole door apart again and clean it while I waited. Julie got in my face and got an attitude with me when I asked that the glass be properly cleaned out of my car. What Michael promises will be done, and what the shop actually does are two totally different things. Can't trust these people, avoid at all costs.
