The repair work was great; however, the bumper was scratched. It was agreed that I wil bring it in on Tuesday and Hamblin's will fix it at their cost. So, the "no" isn't really accurate, but I couldn't answer any other way because I was not satisfied because of the damage on the bumper. But totally satisfied With the way it was handled and the staff was great.

Jeff and everyone I had the pleasure of working with were so nice and straight forward. My car was there for a month(ish),it was really cool to get text updates and not have to wonder what the progress was. Even with a bit of a hiccup and delay due to the paint matching Jeff was diligent with keeping me up to date. Two days after I picked up my car I still had a problem with the front tire,called Jeff and without hesitation he had me bring it back in, put me in a rental car, a day later the tire was fixed with little expense to me. Thank you all for the great experience and my Santa Fe looks brand new!

The work your company did to my car was great, but Communication is key for me. I made arrangements on both of the days I was informed that the day would be ready.(first date 10/21 then 10/25) Both days I was left disappointed. On Friday 10/21 I was given a call, although I wasn't happy about it I was thankful that someone called me to inform me that it wasn't going to be ready. From here until I picked up my vehicle I made all of the effort to call and see when it was going to be ready, when I called to speak with the person helping me, she was busy, I understand someone being busy but to not get a call back in over a week is ridiculous. Being a full time employee and full time father of two makes my free time either rare or non existent, to make time to pick up the car was hard but to be left waiting on so many occasions is what leaves me left wanting a little bit more from a company that does such great work. Thank you for your time.
