When Hamblins repaired my vehicle, I did not notice that the paint/clear coat was dull. When I returned several months later, they immediately scheduled me to return the vehicle for additional polishing. When I picked it up today, it was perfect. Jeff Toole reminded me about the lifetime guarantee policy and said if anything else needed attention or if the clear coat "faded" or became dull, they would reapply the clear coat again without charge.
