Carstar Hillcrest

Very unprofessional. They told me my car would take 5days I called the 3rd day to make sure I was still going to get my car back friday I was told yes. I just happen to call Friday and get told that it will not be done until Mon. I was never called once to keep me updated or even to let me know it wouldn't be done on time. I had a family memebers car for the week while mine was being fixed so when Friday came I was not going to have a car. I let the shop know that was going to be a problem because my son played football out of town. They told me they had a loaner car I could use. When I got there they gave me the keys and the car was very old, dirty, and the check engine light was on. This was not my first choice for a shop but the one I wanted was going to take over a month. The car looks better then before it was damaged by a deer but that has been my only good experience with Hillcrest auto collision.
