The World’s Top 5 Luxury Limousines
When was the very first time you got to ride in a limo? Was it your high school prom, graduation or possibly your wedding? Almost of all of us at Kraemer Carstar Collision Center can remember that moment when we were first impressed by the luxury and style of a limousine, not to mention the bar and the TV.
Limousines are luxury cars and that's why they aren't cheap. An average limo goes for between $100,000 and $300,000. Most of us will never be able to own a limo, but with a few hundred bucks, you can surely rent one anywhere in the country.
Here is a list of our Top 5 Limousines, based on several categories, including the size, accessories and unique features that make them truly one-of-a-kind.
1. The Sultan of Brunei’s Custom Rolls Royce Silver Spur Limo
This may be #1 on all lists for many years to come, because there isn't anything even close to this amazing creation. We doubt that we'll ever get to see this wonder here at Kraemer Carstar Collision Center any time soon, so until then, photos will have to suffice. With a car collection of over $4 billion, the Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah makes other car collectors look like Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld look like lightweights. The centerpiece of Bolkiah's collection is this Rolls Royce Silver Spur stretch limousine plated with pure 24 carat gold. I would love to find out what the insurance and maintenance costs are for this amazing limousine, but I bet the sultan isn't concerned about them at all! Total cost: $14 million
2. Batmobile Limousine
This impressive limo was built in 2012 and designed by Director Tim Burton to emulate several of the different versions featured during the Batman movie series. Known as the world’s most luxurious tank, The Beast was commissioned in 2009 to carry the President of the United States to events all over Washington D.C.
