Everyone was fantastic and the car looks great! Between the email updates, the friendliness of the front end staff people, and the fact that you guys did the repairs and did a fantastic job within a week.... I can't praise you guys enough. You made what could have been a painful and headache-inducing situation, stress-free. Hopefully, I don't need you guys in the future (fingers crossed) -- but then, I do live in Oakland and it's amazing what dumb stuff people do to parked cars, so I probably will see you guys again. :-)

I planned on bringing my car in on a Friday. Michelle told me more than once that she hey weren't gonna start on my car until Monday. She told me I can bring it in on Monday. I had a family member bring the car in on monday. I get a call from Michelle telling me that they cannot except my car until the following monday. She proceeds to argue with me that she never wanted old me I could bring it in on Monday.. after I brought in the car it tookmuch longer than expected.
