It took too long to get it fixed, over a week; is too long. Also the left headlamp was replaced, so looks new, but at least they could have pulished the right one, as a courtesy; now I have 2 non-matching headlamps; looks ugly. Little details like this make a different for customers to feel satisfied. Those customers will return; I most likely won't...

The driver door catches before closing and quietly rattles when the car is at stoplights. The inside of the driver door has grease stains. A hub cab has been damaged.

My car locking system worked when it was dropped off and didn't when it was picked up. I was provided with the unlikely scenario that all five door solinoids happened to wear out and become faulty in the week that the car was at Chilton's. Additionally, I will be billed 100 dollars for Chilton's 'diagnostics' which reported the same improbable reasoning.
