I appreciated Young's quick availability for an estimate and subsequent repairs. Though I didn't end up using their "pick up/drop off service" it was great customer service and care to know they were willing to take me somewhere. This service shows they are actually thinking about the customer, rather than just the business that my vehicle provides. Their constant communication is helpful and appreciated, too. I appreciated that Jason did not make unnecessary repairs. Of course the inside detail and exterior wash was a great perk! I don't think my car has been that clean since I bought it!

Jason and Ally were wonderful and made sure I had constant communication as to the status of my vehicle. The finished product is showroom quality and I could not be happier. Ideally I don't have to take any of our vehicles back to a body shop for any reason, but if I do, I will insist on Young's.

I asked for a test drive and was assured it was done . However after picking the car and driving for a min I had breaks light comes up along with VDC LIGHT. I had to go to the nearest dealership and they told me that my break liquid was low. I wonder if the test drive was indeed performed. Also trunk was very dusty, I had to vacuum it. These are not BIG issues, but they the ones that came up so far

Everyone was great! The work was done on time as reported and the car looks great!! The receptionist was very nice and kept us informed on the progress of the repairs.
